About

I’m a Senior Product Designer with over 20 years of experience working across strategy, research and execution.

Over time, I’ve moved away from a purely interface-driven perspective. Today, my work focuses on structuring products as functional systems, understanding behavior, rules, flows and decisions before moving into the interface.

I usually start by framing the problem and modeling the system, using research, mapping and prototyping to explore possible directions. In recent years, I’ve incorporated code-based prototyping and AI-assisted workflows as part of this process, mainly to validate hypotheses and reduce uncertainty before development.

I have experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, using it not just as an initial phase, but as an ongoing tool for learning throughout the product lifecycle. This connects closely with my work in discovery and facilitation, helping teams turn scattered insights into more structured decisions.

My approach has been strongly influenced by design thinking practices and my training at Kaospilot, which brought a more open and collaborative perspective on how to explore complex problems. This is reflected in how I facilitate sessions, valuing active listening, collective sense-making and space for exploration before convergence.

I also have experience defining information architecture and complex user flows, working closely with product, engineering and business teams to align decisions and maintain consistency across the system.

I prefer to stay close to the work itself, taking a hands-on approach when needed, while connecting execution with broader context and decision-making.
